tom wareham Andy Condon (aka The Glimmer Room) has, over the last few years, produced some incredible music. I have all his albums - though they weren't bought through BC so don't show up here. But listen to 'A Diary of Occurrences' which I rate VERY highly indeed. If 'A View from the Summer House' doesn't haunt your waking dreams, you are indeed a lost soul :) Favorite track: Walking with Marie Lairre Ross Baker remix.

This new piece A Return to Cromley Hall is inspired by what I imagine it must have felt like For Marianne Foyster while making her way up the Hill to the rambling old rectory for the very first time. Probably after hearing all about it's strange past from Lionel in the previous months.
The EP contains a marvelous reworking of We Walked With Marie Lairre by Ross Baker.
Also a field recording I took while walking up the hill to the rectory site myself on April 10 2013. This was used as a sound bed in A Return To Cromley Hall but is quite buried.

With music that feels like an old black and white film basking in the idyllic attitudes and the soft tones of a time long gone. ... more
